VISION, MISSIONS, OBJECTIVES, STRATEGIC TARGETS
Vision
“To Be a Pioneering and Innovative Foundation, in the development of human resources based on culture, religion, science, and technology for Community’s Welfare”
Missions
International Ecsis Association missions are:
- Take an active role in supporting international standard education graduates who have faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble character, independence, and professionalism.
- Play an active role as an agent of change, and disseminator of knowledge, technology based on the noble values of local wisdom; and
- Implement good, fair, and sustainable foundation governance.
Objectives
Each mission has objectives that guide the implementation of the vision and missions, namely:
- Take an active role in instilling in academic graduates the following characteristics: religious, noble, independent, and professional, so that they have superior competitiveness at the national and international levels;
- Take an active role in encouraging academic graduates to produce innovative and superior works in the fields of economy, social, technology, art, and culture based on the noble values of local wisdom, and take an active role in creating a friendly, competitive higher education environment , superior, and high-tech, so as to develop the potential of each individual academic; and
- Realization of accountable, effective, efficient, up-to-date and integrated governance of foundations that are able to compete at national and international levels.
Strategic Targets
In realizing each of its missions, International Ecsis Association Strategic Plan formulates strategic targets as follows:
Mission 1: “Excellent education” with the following targets:
- Establishing competitive education programs but with Humanist and Professional character
- Establish an independent, innovative, and applicable learning process with up to date technology;
- Produce competitive academic individuals;
- Produce academic graduates who are competitive and have a humanist and professional character.
Mission 2: “agent of change, disseminator of superior science and technology” with the following targets:
- Optimizing the benefits of research and community service by industry and community groups;
- Building cooperative relationships for the development of economic and socio-cultural innovations with the industrial world and community groups; and
- Creating institutional management of foundations based on integrated planning.
Mission 3: “Realizing Good, Equitable, and Sustainable Education Foundation Governance” with the following targets:
- Creating independent, autonomous and independent academic stakeholders;
- Provision of educational, research, and community service facilities and infrastructure complete with the latest technology to support a sustainable education management climate.
- Creating a quality and integrated information system in the fields of education, finance, asset management, etc.;
- Creating an integrated financial management system that ensures transparency and accountability;
- Build an independent and competitive foundation business unit;
- Optimizing funding receipts from the Endowment Fund; and
- Realizing effective and efficient foundation organizational governance.
